As a Director of Small Business Australia, Bill works with members and partners to advocate for better conditions for small businesses – the heart and soul of the economy and local communities – so more can survive and thrive.

Bill also educates, coaches and advises as Chairman of three organisations: The Institute of Advanced Business Studies (IABS), Full Circle Feedback and The International Rehabilitation Institute (IRI).

She is also a non-executive director of Rugby Australia (ARU), sits on the Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Board at UTS, is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity. Pip is a passionate advocate for flexible and diverse workplaces that empower people.

As a leader Bec aspires to create a truly human and inclusive business in this digital age. Josh has been transforming businesses using technology for the past 20 years. Among his many accomplishments, he helped build the world's first bank account with both variable and fixed interest, created Australia's first straight-through online bank account opening process and set up Australia's biggest retail stockbroking CRM. He also created the country's biggest online financial comparison site and launched the world's first digital tenancy agreement executed as a smart contract on the blockchain.

As the CEO of Little Hinges, Josh is at the forefront of virtual reality by digitising space to solve the friction that comes with interacting with physical property.
